All the free ps3 themes on the ps store are absolute trash. i don't recommend any of them. most of them are ugly promotional themes anyway. i get a lot of my themes from www.ps3-themes.com, all themes are made by fans.. you have to sift through a lot of garbage and i mean tons in order to find great themes, but you'll find some pretty nice ones eventually..
